I'm not going to say that it was dream come true to work with Buddhika, but it was not all bad. The bad first. When I agreed to the deal, it said 'All meals on a BB basis.' Since I paid for every meal for both guides the whole trip, I assumed I had paid for my meals too. Not the case. I only had hotel breakfast, which was often not great. This was particularly infuriating to me. Why would I have a package trip like this and not have my meals covered? That's not a tour. Also, the guide he gave me was particularly limited in English, which made things frustrating at times. Also, some of my hotels were far outside the cities that I assumed would be near. We were a solid 25 minutes outside of Ella, for example. The good. While the guides were limited in English, they were tireless in making sure my trip was good. They should really start their own company. Overall, 4/5.
