Great experience using Erkaim's company! Her guide Urmat was very knowledgeable and accommodating! When the airline lost our baggage, she made sure the luggage was delivered halfway across Kyrgyzstan to us. She also tailored the trip for our requests for more hiking. Overall, I highly recommend Erkaim!

Initially, the communication was prompt and good. In the end, the itinerary was not as promised. We agreed on 10 overnights, but I received only 9. There was mention of porters, cooks, tenting equipment in Ala Archa to justify the cost, but this was not the case as we only stayed one night in the Ratsek Hut. Overall, I grossly overpaid for the itinerary. However, the guide was fantastic and made the trip worthwhile.

I don’t even know where to begin!! I had THE BEST week in Kyrgyzstan, and I owe it all to Erkaiym! She listened to what my interests were and the itinerary could not have been better. Staying with locals, lots of nature, eagle hunting, skiing, even paragliding! I loved every minute and learned SO much about Kyrgyzstan from Erkaiym’s amazing knowledge of history and Kyrgyz tradition. The language barrier with the locals was made so much easier with Erkaiym being a perfect translator! I was travelling alone, but it quickly turned into feeling like I was road tripping with friends! Erkaiym and Melis were awesome and we had such a fun time together. I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of Kyrgyzstan, I will be back for sure! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Erkaiym, love from your new NZ friend!! ❤️❤️❤️

I am so grateful that we had such an amazing host. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and thanks to her, the trip was everything I wanted it to be and more. She listened to what I wanted and as a result the last three days have been phenomenal!! I have never seen such beautiful mountains and the family we stayed with welcomed us into their home with such warmth it felt as though we were part of the family. Erkaiym was not a guide to us, but she was a friend. She taught me so much about the customs, the history, the culture and how beautiful Kyrgystan is. If I came back to Kyrgyzstan I would always choose Erkaiym as she was an amazing guide. Thank you again for all the hard work you put into making this the perfect trip, I will never forget my experience in Kyrgyzstan and I hope to see you again.

Erkaiym really dealt well with a major setback we experienced and quickly planned an alternative course of action. She took a lot of really nice photos. Her brother/driver is also lovely and took us around Kyrgyztan very quickly. Thanks for the trip!

Our trip with Erkaiym was a real pleasure. We have been traveling with two kids (8 and 17). Everything was arranged as we agreed before arriving to Bishkek. Erkaiym is a nice person, full of energy, always ready to listen, answer the questions and help. She found a great places for us, where we spend a wonderful time surrounded by stunning Kyrgyz nature and hospitable people. Before our trip she gave us a lot of tips how to prepare for yurt life, horse riding, weather and all other circumstances.

We spent 5 amazing days on a tour of North eastern Kyrgyzstan with Erkayaim and Melis. The trip was unforgettable, Erkaiym is a great guide. She really cares for her customers and we wish to thank her for the great true experiences that we had with her. We Will never forget the people we encountered: Marat in Altyn Arashan and Jamal and her family in Song Kol Lake. Erkaiym did an Amazing job being not only a guide but a true interpreter of Kyrgys culture. And Melis Is a great driver too! ,)

I had a wonderful trip arranged by Erkaiym. She was able to find a very cooperative driver cum guide to take us around Tar Su gorge and Song Kul Lake. The guesthouse at Tar Su gorge was a proper idyllic stay just at the lap of mountains. We also took a ice cold dip at Song Kul Lake. The food at the yurt in Song Kul Lake could be a bit better.

They were very honest and committed with us. The guide Maks was very responsible , patient and did everything were accorded. Erkaiym arranged every detail including tips to take transport from Bishkek to Karakol and also hotel options. We strongly recommend, they are professional guides.

Erkaiym and Melis are the most perfect guide and driver to travel Kyrgyzstan with! Erkaiym provided a tailor-made 8-day tour for the both of us that brings us from Kyzyl-Oi village to Song-kul, horse-riding to Kol-Ukok and the Issyk-kul region. She is flexible and understood our needs well. The communication was clear, detailed and very prompt. Both of them are sincere, kind, helpful, friendly and have a great sense of humour. Melis is also a skillful and experienced driver and you will really need that in the mountainous terrains of Kyrgyzstan. We can feel that they are enjoying their work a lot and it is like we are friends going on a road-trip together :) Erkaiym is really resourceful and accommodating and really know what you want. She is a great translator whenever we asked our host family questions and made us feel very comfortable. Thanks to the both of them, we get to enjoy this beautiful country in the best possible, non-touristy way and made so many wonderful memories! On the last day, they went all out to ensure that we are able to get back to Karakol safely. We couldn’t recommend Erkaiym highly enough and it was such a dream to tour with them and hope this is not the last :)

Me and my husband did a 7 day tour with Erkayim and Melis, who was our nice driver. The communication was very good from the beginning, when I asked her for a special itinerary. Erkayim is a great professional, proactive, friendly, trustworthy, helpful, with a very good knowlege in Kyrgyz´s culture and history. She is also flexible and could accomodate all our needs. Thanks to her we did a perfect trip, as she suggested the best places, family yurt camps, mountain views and trekkings routes. She even helped me with my fear of heights and my vegetarian needs! It is also important to say that the fact that she is a local and speak both Kyrgyz and Russian was also extremely important and helpful. It was a dream trip and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Erkaiym was an excellent guide who was very flexible and friendly. We had to change our itinerary a few times due to schedule and weather change and she was gracious to help us find other alternatives. We had a great time seeing real cultural sites such as spending afternoon in country home with family to eat together and see how they make felt products and bread, visit sarahsi mosque, hiking, visit bazaar and watch her perform a traditional dance. She also spoke English very well and was a great translator when we asked questions. Would highly recommend her!

Erkaiym was a fantastic guide for out two day trip in Chon Kemin Valley and along Issyk Kul lake and the Orto Tokoy lake. First she is very welcoming and friendly in designing the tour for your wishes. There’s plenty to see in Kyrgyzstan, and Erkaiym made it easier to pick and choose what might suit your needs the best. After arranging the trip she was very good in giving us advise what to see and do, and meeting up for the trip went super smooth. After seeing Burana Tower where she told us a lot of interesting facts about it’s origins and walked with us to the top of the tower we went to the Kok Archa guest house where she worked very actively as a guide and interpreter to make us communicate with the locals in a way so that you feel you’re a part of the family. Also when we had specific requests that was not part of the plan she made it possible within minutes. Erkaiym will make you experience and see this wonderful country in the best way possible and I haven’t got enough superlatives to thank her for the wonderful job she did for us. Don’t hesitate to book a tour with Erkaiym. You won’’t regret it.

Erkaiym was a very good guide during my day in Ala Archa National Park. In this short time period, hiking, we had an interesting speaking about the country and the visits not to be missed. She´s a friendly and positive person. Moreover, she helped me a lot before the travel in order to organise some practical issues with her good advises. Was a really nice day with her in the park. It will be an amazing trip with Erkaiym! I was travelling alone around Kyrgyzstan last September and I took a horse riding tour guided by Erkaiym. Before the tour she was so careful of asking me what exactly I want and try to adjust the price. We did a 3 days horse ride trek around Kol ukok lake and Son Kul lake. She provides that we can stay with the local people and know everything about their way of life because we can life with them. Erkayim translated everything they said and try to explain me the shepherd’s life, a thing that I really enjoy. She also was very helpful every moment asking me if I was ok and comfortable and if the activities that organise were the correct for me and if I enjoy it. Erkaiym is a very vitality person and so friendly. She becomes my friend and helps me after the tour too, when I had to go to the dentist by an urgency in Bixkek! I recommend so much her as a tourist guide!!

This was my second trip with Erkaiym and it was brilliant! I was so happy to see Erkaiym again, and with very little input from me, she had organised the most incredible trip and was exactly what I wanted to do. Erkaiym also helped me book an internal flight to save me travel time which wasn’t part of her tour, but that’s just Erkaiym - happy to help visitors anyway she can. I always felt safe with Erkaiym and our driver, Melis, and they were both great fun. There was one day that I asked to change plans and they came up with a visit to a local festival (amazing!!) as the alternative. I have to say the Kök-Börü game was an absolute highlight and better than I could imagine..all thanks to Erkaiym. Other standouts were horse riding in the snow, homestays with Erkaiym and Melis’ lovely families, and Erkaiym’s passion for all things Kyrgyzstan! It was such a great trip, I’m bringing friends back for another visit..in summer!

Erkaiym was an absolute delight! I booked this tour at the last minute and Erkaiym set a great itinerary. Her knowledge of Bishkek was fantastic and we stopped at a lovely restaurant for lunch. In addition to the planned itinerary Erkaiym also included a visit to Osh Bazaar and dropped me back at my hotel. I really enjoyed chatting with Erkaiym and sharing stories about our countries. Erkayim arranged everything as she said she would. She was always answering me when I had questions on forehand and things went smoothly while I was there. Erkaiym was great, everything went very well and she was helpful in adapting the schedule, organizing last minute request and just being awesome. We really packed our 4 days trip and wanted to avoid the tourist traps and Erkaiym helped us doing that. In sung kool we were received by the lovliest couple uluk and ayzjamal and their cute son Ali. Erkaiym organized a wonderful two day tour for us to Son-Kol lake. She is very welcoming and energetic, and made sure we were having a fun time at every moment. She’s also a lovely and trustworthy person, so we really enjoyed spending time with her during the trip. Very lucky to have found her!

The tour with Erkaiym was one of the best experience I ever had! It was really a right choice to choose her as a guide for our 4 days tour. She was so caring from the beginning when I started to talk with her with emails. I was first worried my high altitude sickness I might have in a mountain so I asked about this matter. She thought as my side and answered all my questions very quickly with detailed information. She even created easy level plan for us. During the tour, I was so happy because two of my dreams came true. One was to ride a house with my own control! And the second was to see the sky with full of stars and Milky Way! When I was able to attain these goals, she looked more happy than I do! She is such a nice person to be with. She was always with us with a lot of care during our tour. The last day of the tour, she always watched us riding hoses and made sure we were safe. Also when we are heading back to Bishkek I become a bit sick from high mountain, she helped me which products I should buy at the supermarket checking ingredients of packages so I can become better soon. She introduced us her family and it was a nice moment too. She has such a nice family and I like them all. The last surprise was as we arrived at the airport, we received a phone call from her saying if everything ok chatching our flight! I felt so safe and comfortable with her during my stay in Kirgistan! Over all, I am 120% happy with her service and I hope you will also experience really good time with her! I think she will never fail your expectations.

Erkaiym showed me a wonderful time during the trip. The place has splendid view of lake and snow mountains. It is a nice break to spend the time just to do some walking, reading, horseback riding and swimming: - ) The yuk owner family are very nice people, nothing but best wishes to them!

Erkaym was really friendly and professional. She could tell a lot about the kirgiz culture and about the highlights in this country. Furthermore, we made a lot of stops to make pictures, because the landscape on the way to song kol lake is really beautiful as well, and it was nice that we got the time to take it all in. The tour itself was really well arranged and we would love to come back to Kirgizstan and do more tours with Erkaym.
