Batbadrakh.

Batbad (Henry) helped us organize a 17-day driving trip around Mongolia. We added plans to the 10-day itinerary and the outcome was amazing. He was really responsive & attentive to all our requests both before and during the tour! Joloo (George) our driver was TOP skilled of all Mongolian roads, he was also very friendly and attentive, we felt safe and comfortable every moment; Tuya our guide was joyful, patient and supportive to our requests, fluent in English, and she explained all of our questions (that were many). She took care of our diet, and she was always interested in sharing culture, traditions and experiences. Our 4x4 was very comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us. We drove more than 3,000km, stayed in nice and very clean gers, travel by horse to more remote regions, met families and shared food and everlasting moments in every corner we visited in Mongolia. Definitely Batbad and his team made our adventure in Mongolia a wonderful experience, 100% recommended!!

We just returned from a 10-day trip through Mongolia organized by Batba and Joloo (also called George) and it was truly a life-changing experience. From the vast landscapes of the Gobi Desert to the lush Orkhon Valley and the wild beauty of Hustai National Park, every day brought new and unforgettable moments. A special thank you goes to our driver, George who was so much more than just our driver. He took excellent care of us, was always approachable, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. His deep knowledge of the region, impressive navigation skills, kindness, and dedication added so much value to our trip — we truly couldn’t have asked for a better travel companion. We had the incredible opportunity to visit several nomadic families and immerse ourselves in Mongolian culture. These intimate encounters gave us lasting insights and memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Batba and George, for organizing such a meaningful and well-coordinated journey. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore Mongolia in an authentic and respectful way.

We recently did a 14n, 15d tour with Byamba (guide) and Boya (driver) which was organised by Batbadrakh. We did the trip as a family with two kids aged 5 and 10. Batbadrakh was so helpful throughout the whole planning process. He helped us craft a custom itinerary which had slightly less driving and a couple rest day periods to better suit the kids. He was also super helpful in organising the types of accommodation which suited our budget. The trip was amazing. Batbadrakh met us in the morning of the departure with our guide and driver and then we were off. Both Byamba and Boya were so good with the children and Byamba had special powers in regards to getting the fussy eater to eat his meals. Byamba is so knowledgeable about everywhere we went and was an excellent guide in answering all our questions and making sure everything was comfortable for us. Boya did an incredible job with navigating some real tricky off road driving sections and I’m blown away at how we could navigate these long days of driving with no road signs or GPS and get us to all our destinations. You really need a good and skill full driver for this type of trip. This trip is up there with the most memorable trips I’ve ever done, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Batbadrakh, Byamba and Boya.

I contacted Ganbat (BatBat) several months in advance to plan our trip and he was very quick and informative in replying to all our requests, and the informations provided were in full compliance with the services rendered later. BatBat chose as a guide a wonderful woman (so-called Sister) with an amazing driver for our Gobi Desert Tour. We had a great time with them. The guide has a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge and shared her experience as well as mongolian culture and life in the ger. She speaks English very well and can answer any questions about Mongolian. The driver has a fantastic and folk minivan (Uaz Van) and he is also a professional mechanic (we had some troubles with the car because of the hard road and he solved quickly). We stopped in several ger to sleep and tasted local mongolian cuisine. We’re feeling very happy with this trip and have great impressions about it! The price for services is also reasonable. She was the best guide we could have. We can absolutely recommended BatBat, Sister and driver !
