Rafting On Bartogay Waterfall

The company was very fast in responding when we were planning this tour and whenever we had any questions we would promptly get a response. Our guide was on time and explained in detail what we were going to do. She was very informative, knowledgeable and accommodating to what we wanted to do. A very pleasant guide. The hike through the villages was interesting to see how the local people live. Because of the clouds we did not see the sunrise but later on as the clouds cleared we did see some of the Himalayan peaks. Breakfast was at a good restaurant. The driver was good and the car was clean. We would definitely recommend them if you want to do this tour. In fact have already booked another tour with the company.

Everything went very well! We booked a 6 day tour with guide, car, accomodation, food and activities and saw all of the beautiful things Almaty region has to offer! We also did the rafting which was great fun! We always slept in nice guesthouses where mostly the hosts personally cooked nice kazakh food! Our guide was very nice too and always informed us very well about what we were going to do next.
