We had the trip of our lives in Tajikistan thanks to Tamriz and his brother, Nekruz. Not everything went according to our plan, but things turned out even better than we could have expected. We saw beautiful views and many animals. We got to hike to incredible peaks and villages, and enjoy the warm hospitality of the unique Pamiri people. This is a trip that we will never forget. Tamriz is very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. His driver, Nekruz, was responsible, fun, and turned out to be our good friend rather than just our driver. We always felt safe with Nekruz and admired his confidence. The car was clean, reliable, and comfortable. I would highly recommend a tour with Tamriz! Thank you very much for having us.

We rented a car from Tamriz for our self-drive trip along the Pamir Highway. The car was in good condition, and we completed the entire journey without any problems. It was very cold and headache during my travel. If anyone wants to avoid crowded season, February is good time. Anyone going there, I recommend to bring tablet for headache. I will miss the restaurant served meat, like Kebab. Good job Tamriz, Keep it up. All the day for your business.

We, a group of three independent travellers, travelled with Tamriz 8 days all the way from Dushanbe to Osh via the Wakhan Valley. It was just incredible. Tamriz is a great guide and a very experienced & skilled driver! If you are looking for a unique Pamir experience, I recommend you get in touch with Tamriz

Tamriz has driven this route for 9 years and knows it well. He is a friendly and attentive driver and translates from Tajik to English quite well. I highly recommend him for this trip to Castle Karon/Kalaikhum. He found an excellent restaurant for lunch and called many possible onsite tour guides for me. He is straight on prices/costs. As a bonus, we took a short stop on way back to Hulbuk, a 10th century citadel. We arrived just after closing but Tamriz pulled some strings and the curator reopened just for us and gave a personal tour of the museum and the fortress. Tamriz translated. This was a long day as the roads are winding, but to me it was well worth seeing Karon, the 4,500 year old neolithic settlement dubbed the `Machu Picchu of Tajikistan`, and the bonus stop at Hulbuk (many if its artifacts are on display in Dushanbe at the archaeological museum, so going to actual site was fantastic. And it was the road we took). Plan your tour with Tamriz. He will do a great job for you at a great price.

Simply put: Tamriz is the man you want to travel Pamir with!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let me tell you why: We picked Tamriz from other 20 driver offers, to travel from Dushanbe to Osh via Wakhan in 10days. His offer was the best, most experienced in detail and most honest. Make sure you travel Pamir always with Pamiri driver. We setup our travel itinerary together. He came to our hotel. Tamriz agreed to our specific needs. He has the best car, luxurious black Lexus in leather. Better than other drivers has. Rough paths drives like a butter, he drives sometimes fast but very safely, no stupid driving. If you are photographer only downside is that his front window has one crack in the middle, its common to many other cars on Pamir, so you have to shoot pictures sometimes carefully, but thats the only unimportant issue I had. You can charge your electronic devices in his car. Tamriz know the best places to eat and sleep. Most of the people on Pamir highway know Tamriz so you will feel welcome to most of the places. Sometimes it felt like he is schooling and educating other unskilled jeep drivers on Pamir hw. Tamriz speaks well English and Russian. We chatted easily. He is funnny and it never felt like he is just only your silent driver. As a photographer you want to stop many times on many places. Tamriz had never problem to stop for a picture. Sometimes he even propose a good photo spot for you to shoot pictures. I had a drone, that takes more time to shoot. No problem whatsoever. We had a lot of fun shooting and filming. Tamriz price is reasonable not overpriced like other tour operators that takes your money just for themself for arranging you with other general drivers. He also makes sure nobody will try to rip you off like it happend in one restaurant along the way. Tamriz made our journey a trip of a life time. We will never forget our time in Pamir hw with him.
