I love mountains and specialize on mountaineering, hiking, trekking in summer and ski-tour, freeride, snowshoeing and ice climbing in winter. Yukhina Peak 5130m 9 Day Guided Hiking

Starts in Osh City, Kyrgyzstan

This unforgettable journey brings you to the gorgeous mountains of Pamir in Kyrgyzstan. The ascent to Yukhina peak (5,130 m) is a trekking route that does not require special gear. Our program will allow you to get acclimatization and climb to the five thousander, get acquainted with the life of mountaineers, enjoy the views of the snow-white peaks and flowering meadows. Our journey starts from the international airport of Osh city. Osh is the second largest city of Kyrgyzstan, situated at the east of Fergana valley and has ancient history. From Osh we will drive to Base camp along picturescue Pamir Highway via Taldik mountain pass (3165m) Base camp (BC) located in wide place called Achik-Tash at the foot of North wall of Lenin peak (7134m). BC is well equipped and uncrowded place with all you need for the comfortable staying and full recreation. There are spacious rooms in wooden cottages or barrel tents with wooden flooring and mattresses. Each room/tent has light and socket to charge gadgets. The territory of the camp is lit. In the evenings, you can spend time in a cozy bar, listening to guitar music over a cup of tea or something stronger. In the BC meals are served three times a day, including vegetarian, gluten free and other types upon your request. There is drinking water available all time in dining room. Hot shower, toilet. The Camp 1 (C1) at 4400 meters is also equipped with the comfortable tents with wooden floors, toilet, water. Meals are served three times a day with respect to guests’ food peculiarities.

Terskey Ala-Too 10 Days Guided Ski-Touring Trip

Starts in Bishkek

Welcome to Kyrgyzstan – small mountainous country in Central Asia. More than 90% of territory covered with mountains, 40% of it is higher than 3000m. This gives us great possibilities for winter activities. In this program I invite you for ski-touring trip on east side of country in Terskey Ala-Too mountains. This range located on south side of the biggest lake in Kyrgyzstan – Issyk-Kul, which is second biggest mountainous lake in the world, after Titikaka. Most of precipitation falls in east side of Terskey Ala-Too range and creates fantastic slopes for ski-touring and freeride. The first part of our trip we will spend in Karakol town, exploring nearby gorges. Every day we drop our staff in 4WD truck and drive to chosen gorge to enjoy gorgeous views during our skins up. After tasty lunch on slope we’ll have fun exploding snow on the skiing down. Accommodation in cozy guest house. Then we will move to Jyrgalan village which is actually the heaven of freeride. Here we’ll live in traditional Kyrgyz yurts with taste of nomad life. Variety of ski-touring routes and options for downhill in this area let you feel the true spirit of winter Kyrgyzstan. Optionally we can do snowmobiles or snow-cat skiing day to have fun several runs on fantastic slopes without skinning up. After skiing we can have rest and warm our bones in hot springs or Russian sauna.

Ski-tour And Freeride In Jyrgalan 8 Days

There are Snow Heaven in the Jyrgalan valley. Small coal-mining village on the very East of Kyrgyz republic is located between 2 mountain ranges what made it filled with snow from November till end of March. Surrounding relief gives you amount of options for great ski-touring routes and huge fun of downhill lines. As well there are possibility to use snow-cat and snowmobile rides for those who prefer ski as much as you can. Where to accommodate? There are several options to choose from: budget homestay with locals, cozy yurt camp with sauna, authentic guest houses. I highly recommend Yaroslav for your Kyrgyzstan adventures. Yaroslav is professional, fun, and endlessly fascinating. I worked with Yaroslav on. Custom trip. After talking back and forth on several one-day adventures starting in Bishkek, we aligned on hiking the Ratsek Hut trail in Ala Archa. We loaded up on a few supplies in the morning and drove up to the trail head. We spent the next few hours hiking up the trail. Eventually we hit the snowy and dangerous mountaineering part of the trail. This is where Yaroslav shined! He has hiked this trail probably 200 times. I felt safe and challenged at the same time. I spent a lot of time talking with him about his even more adventurous 7-14 day excursions and was very jealous! So when I return to Kyrgyzstan, I will definitely contact Yaroslav. Absolutely highly recommend.
