Erka was one of the most professional guide from the beginning 'til the end. The homestay experience at eagle hunter's family is probably one of the most memorable trip I've made. Thank you, Erka for all the arrangement and support ot make the trip very special.

Justine was a wonderful guest—kind, adventurous, and genuinely curious about local culture. She spent three days with our eagle hunter family and quickly became part of our daily life. She was respectful, open-minded, and always willing to help with household tasks. We truly appreciated her positive energy and would gladly welcome her back anytime.

Erka is very knowledgeable about the experiences and places you will visit. He is very thoughtful about you during the tour and makes sure you have everything you need. The places and hosts you get to visit with him are wonderful. Highly recommended. He will answer all your questions and make your trip how you want it to be.

Tayler was an excellent guest on the 7-day Eagle hunting private tour. She was polite, curious, and very easy to communicate with. She showed great interest in our culture and eagle falconry and maintained a positive attitude throughout the trip. It was a pleasure to guide Tayler.

Our experience with Erka and his Tam was just perfect. He’s very acknowledged of the area and perfectly organised with the plan trip, the equipment provided, the timing of the activities. We had also the great pleasure to have his wife as a tour’s chef, who made the experience even more memorable with delicious traditional Mongolian fresh meals prepared daily. Overall, you can perceive this team is extremely caring and the quality of the tour is very high. Also, they are all exquisite people to chat and play cards with ;) highly suggested!!

Erka is a brilliant guide and organised an amazing 3-week individualised trip for our family! We have 3 kids, and he suggested a great itinerary which included time hiking and cycling in the Altai mountain area (with shorter days to suit our children), time learning about the nomad culture and eagle hunting, and enjoying the Naadam festival. Erka is passionate about his culture and his beautiful part of the world, very easy to spend time with, endlessly caring that we had a great experience, and admirably flexible both to our changing needs and the various unpredictable things that can arise in countries like Mongolia (such as the camels not being able to get over a high pass to meet us due to unseasonal snowfall!). He had great connections with locals who supported us, including professional and fun jeep drivers, dedicated camel handlers, an excellent cook, and nomad families we spent time with. I couldn't recommend Erka more highly if you're looking for a really thoughtful and easy going guide, who will really look after you and ensure you have a fantastic experience. Kath

I did a thoroughly fascinating eleven day trip through far western Mongolia with Erka and, and had a truly fantastic time. Erka is extremely conscientious and trustworthy, speaks excellent English, and his attention to detail and knowledge of western Mongolia, its parks and its people - particularly eagle hunters - made the trip an absolute pleasure. He professionally organized an outstanding itinerary, arranged for a top-notch driver/mechanic and vehicle, and made sure the freshly prepared meals were of the highest quality, all integral components in traveling through the isolated but stunningly beautiful West. An absolutely wild journey. We contacted Erka looking for a more adventurous experience in Mongolia. With a small group of four, Erka took us on an epic 18 day trek (foot, horse, and camel) through the unending blue sky and into the Altai mountains and valleys. This is an adventure for the experience collectors, and I can't thank Erka enough.

Erka and his team were truly exceptional. They created an extraordinary 11 day trip for us through the Altai Tavan Bogd National Park from a two night stay in a ger with an eagle hunter and his family, to a horseback riding tour, to campsites by spectacular lakes, to a trek with a camel up to the breathtaking Pontanin glacier. We have such wonderful memories of this trip. Erka is an extraordinary guide and, even better, just a good human being. He learned English with unbelievable fluency after studying in Instanbul for several years. The food was fantastic--so fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend Erka for excellent service, professionalism, and an extraordinary adventure in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Erka made our trip to Mongolia an authentic & priceless experience. He speaks very good English and he was easily available to answer any questions/concerns we had while planning our trip. He took the time to listen to what we wanted to see & experience and customized the trip to make it all happen. He picked us up at the airport and when we met him, we instantly liked him. He carefully chose the driver & cook and he picked the best of the best. Erka & his team were so easy to hangout with, fun & kind. Our driver was such a happy person, always smiling, always making us feel at home & our cook had a heart of gold, worked hard, smiled all the time & is amazing at what she does. We had plenty of food, snacks, and homemade to-go meals for hikes. Erka's team felt like friends. We were very happy with our itinerary too. It was perfect and filled with nice surprises. Erka is for the traveler that wants to feel connected to the experience, land, nature, people, customs, traditions. We felt very welcomed with Erka and are so happy we booked with him. We would not change any of it or book with anyone else. When people ask me what's the most interesting place I visited so far and why, it's Mongolia and Erka really helped make the experience more meaningful.

My husband and i loved our western mongolia tour with the focus to the eagle festival and staying at a herders/hunter family. Erka organized everything to its best, one highlight after the other. We made fantastic experiences out in the nature together with wonderful people. Next to Erka organizing everything perfect and also beeing a great guide i want to mention our cook Rina who joind us. Great team, great organization. Contacted Erka for a 7 day trip in Altai due to fair price long experience and complete information we planned the itinerary. During the trip also a driver Seicu with a UAZ and a cook Heicu came along with us. Well what to say perfect trip, even in the occasions where unexpected problems appeared Erka and his team reacted smoothly. Food was tasty and driving efficient. As result had pleasant and funny and relaxing holiday. Surely Recommended for a trip in Altai region.

My husband and I booked a weeklong tour with Erka and it was an outstanding experience. Erka was extremely responsive while we were planning the trip and customized an itinerary to meet our trip preferences. The trip itself was absolutely incredible. Erka expertly guided us through the Naadam festival, an Altai Tavan Bogd NP trek, and an eagle hunter excursion- all tailored to what we wanted to do and see. The chef, Rina, on our hike was also outstanding. We did not know it was possible to eat so well in the mountains. Erka was proficient in English, punctual, professional and went above and beyond to make our trip successful. Leading up to the trip Erka answered all of our questions and concerns. When faced with challenging weather conditions Erka took steps to ensure the trip would remain safe and comfortable but worked with us when we decided to proceed with the plans set in the itinerary. Lastly, the dyamic duo of Hconti and Baku ( driver & cook) topped off the trip with efficient driving and delicioso local dishes. It was a true adventure with a little bit of everything!

He put a trip together for my son and me whereby we had the authentic and unique experince we were looking for in Mongola. It was really helpful to us that Erka speaks fluent English.
